– I read fragments and I think that Dorota Goldpoint’s book “The heart has no wrinkles. “The Inner Power” could turn out to be very cool – says Katarzyna Grochola in an interview with the Newseria Lifestyle agency.
The writer explains that she usually tries to avoid recommending books. However, this is not due to reluctance to promote them. In her opinion, this type of seemingly advertising-oriented actions can significantly limit the reach of a given publication. Once a specific target group is identified, people outside it may feel incompetent and decide not to make a purchase. According to Katarzyna Grochola, it is best not to recommend publications and wait until they attract a specific audience.
– I avoid recommending it because it only limits the number of readers who could possibly read the book. When it is said that a publication is intended for women, men are reluctant to read it. In turn, if we define a book as intended for everyone, there will be people who will think: if it is for everyone, then it is not for me, because I am above or below all the rest. A similar situation may also happen to children’s books. We should consider whether “The Little Prince” is a book for children or for adults – explains the writer.
