Regulations for the provision of the Newsletter service

The Regulations define the rules for the implementation of the Subscription Service for information about promotions, special offers and Goldpoint products Dorota Kasprzak – Sabik, Marokańska Street 1S, 03-977 Warsaw, NIP: 5221364370, phone +48 502 236 069, e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).

Definitions

Regulations – this document specifying the terms of use of the Service Provider’s Services by the subscriber

Service – the website of the Service Provider available atwww.dorotagoldpoint.com.

Subscriber – a person who has provided his e-mail address, has read these Regulations in order to use the Service and has consented to the processing of his personal data.

Service or subscription – a service consisting in sending e-mails, depending on the choice made, prepared by the Service Provider for subscribers.

Terms of Service

1. The service is provided free of charge, its use is voluntary.

2. In order to provide the Service, the Service Provider obtains from interested persons, depending on their choice, an e-mail address and/or telephone number.

3. The service is provided only to subscribers, i.e. persons who:

a. provided their data in the form available on the Website or in the order form,

b. have read these Regulations,

c. have consented to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider,

d. They concluded a contract for the provision of electronic services by providing their data on the Website and their approval or by signing the form available at the seat of the Service Provider.

4. The Service is provided by sending e-mails to the e-mail address indicated by the subscriber.

Technical requirements and warnings for users

1. In order to start using the Service, the following are necessary:

a. connection to the Internet;

b. a web browser that allows browsing hypertext (HTML) documents on the computer screen, linked to the Internet via the Web Service with enabled execution of Java Script and saving basic (necessary for proper operation) Cookies;

c. e-mail account.

2. The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the highest possible quality and stability of the Website and the Services provided through it, however, it is not responsible for the inability to use, interruptions and disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized actions of third parties.

Discounts and special privileges for newsletter recipients

1. By sending a newsletter, the Service Provider will in particular:

a. inform Subscribers about news;

b. provided discount codes;

c. informed about special promotional campaigns provided only for newsletter recipients.

2. The terms and conditions of using the discount codes and special offers referred to in the point above will be each time specified by the Service Provider in the content of the newsletter.

Complaints

1. The Subscriber is entitled to submit a complaint if the Service Provider fails to fulfill its obligations described in these Regulations or fulfills them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.

2. A complaint may be submitted in electronic form to the e-mail address indicated on the Service Provider’s website. The complaint should include, in particular, a description of the problem that is the basis for the complaint.

3. The Service Provider considers the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form If the complaint cannot be considered within a given period, the Service Provider shall notify the complainant within this period about the reasons for the delay and the expected date of considering the complaint.

4. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address indicated by the complainant. In special circumstances, the response may be sent using other means of communication (e.g. by traditional mail).

5. The Service Provider will not consider complaints resulting from ignorance of applicable law or provisions of the Regulations.

6. In case of violation of the conditions of the complaint procedure, the complaint may not be accepted.

Cancellation of the Service

1. The Subscriber may terminate the contract for the provision of electronic Services by submitting a declaration of will:

a. in an e-mail message to the e-mail address indicated on the Service Provider’s website,

b. in a letter sent to the Service Provider’s address.

2. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will also be equivalent to the termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services.

3. Removal of data from the Subscribers database will take place immediately after the Service Provider receives the message.

Personal data protection

1. The administrator of subscribers’ personal data is Goldpoint Dorota Kasprzak – Sabik, ul. Morokańska 1S, 03-977 Warsaw, NIP: 5221364370, phone: +48 502 236 069, e-mail: [email protected].

2.The data is processed in order to receive the newsletter on the basis of the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), and the consent may be revoked at any time.

3. The data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the service is terminated.

4.The administrator may share your data with entities authorized to do so under the law, as well as suppliers of tools for sending the newsletter.

5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter.

6. The subscriber has the right to request: access to their data, correct them, receive a copy, object to further processing, limit processing, transfer and deletion, with the possibility of fulfilling the request if it is not in conflict with the provisions of generally applicable laws.

7. The Subscriber has the right to submit a complaint about the processing of his data by the Service Provider to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Final Provisions

1. The Regulations have been in force since November 8, 2019 and are available at www.dorotagoldpoint.com

2. The Service Provider has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations or introduce a new one. The Service Provider will notify Subscribers by e-mail about changing the provisions of the Regulations or introducing a new one.

3. The new Regulations or changes to the existing provisions enter into force after 14 days from the date of notifying the Subscriber of the change in the provisions of the Regulations or the introduction of a new one, unless the Subscriber terminates the contract for the provision of electronic services within this time in the manner indicated in the Regulations.

4. The applicable law is Polish law.
