A lot of people see Mom as distracted, forgetting to call, even though she made an appointment. And they don’t know that Mom believes in the people she wants around her, and that’s beautiful. And the rest… She’s gullible, the kind of child who gets confused. When I walk around Warsaw with her, she treats the landscape like a toy store. He walks up, smells the flower. I say, “Mom, let’s go,” and she says such a beautiful flower. Sometimes I feel like I’m walking with a child. And on the other hand, that strong backbone of hers that protects her from mistakes. I think she is wonderful,” she told Krystyna Pytlakowska.
