Anna Korcz: I am very self-critical

Anna Korcz

Anna Korcz admits that she does not admire her reflection in the mirror, she is a moderate optimist, she leads a quiet life and does not miss special fireworks. In hindsight, she can also say that she never had a moment in her life when she felt completely happy and could accept herself one hundred percent. Few things give her satisfaction, but she can appreciate every moment she has exclusively for herself.

Anna Korcz emphasizes that she is a woman who expects much more from herself than from others, and at the same time her self-esteem is not very high.

– I am a person who will never accept myself one hundred percent because I am very self-critical. And maybe sometimes it results from some elements of depression, because each of us nowadays has especially bad days, although of course there are also good ones. I won’t admit it to you, because it would simply be untrue that I accept myself, but I like myself sometimes, I like what I do sometimes, many things give me pleasure – says the actress to the Newseria agency.

Anna Korcz explains that she has completed many projects that she is satisfied with. However, she would also change many things, improve them or do them completely differently.

– When I look at myself from this perspective, I say: oh, it’s great that you looked like that, that you did it, that you learned it, that you were there. However, I am not a person who dislikes myself. I also don’t have any incredible happiness or experience like this. I am quite a boring person who has an ordinary life, who eats normally, sleeps, works, laughs, cries, and what about the cottage is a mystery, says Anna Korcz.

The 51-year-old actress is not afraid of the passage of time and does not look anxiously at the calendar. He tries to live here and now. Apart from his professional duties, he also finds time for small pleasures.

– I like to take care of myself sometimes because I know that PESEL, i.e. the passage of time, is fair and let those who are there all the time be happy, because some of them are no longer there, so I take advantage of it while I can, But these pleasures of mine are ridiculous, for for example, get into bed for two hours and sleep under the covers during the day. It happens once every six months, but it happens. I also like to take care of my body, I always do some sport, so I do it for myself. I go and sometimes I cry, but then I think: I have two arms, two legs, I can do it, says Anna Korcz.

The actress is one of the ambassadors of The Inner Power project. Dorota Goldpoint invited well-known and respected women who talk about breakthrough moments in their lives and reveal what is their strength and what they draw their power from.
